The Kobe & Vanessa Bryant Family Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) public charity, Employer Identification Number (EIN) 14-1970205. The Kobe & Vanessa Bryant Family Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including, but not limited to the following:

• to provide programs that create a safe, fun and nurturing environment for young people affected by economic, educational and financial burdens;
• to provide financial and in-kind emotional resources to meet the physical, social and other needs for young people and families who are less fortunate by providing educational and cultural enrichment opportunities, financial and social support and issue advocacy; and
• to perform such activities incident to the foregoing purposes as are permitted organizations which are exempt from Federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (“I.R.C.”) (or the corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Law).
