Kobe Bryant dropped by the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Barbara last Monday to celebrate the new basketball court that Sprite and the Kobe and Vanessa Bryant Family Foundation are funding. A Sprite spokesperson said the brand has helped to finance the renovation of Boys & Girls Club gyms across the country for the past two years and was happy to help the Santa Barbara location.

Kobe even played a 3-point shooting match with some of the Boys & Girls Club members. Kobe reminded the gym full of young people, a sample of the 1,200 kids that the neighborhood organization serves, that if they have big dreams, they “gotta go get ’em.”
